Admission And withdrawal

Application for admission to standard I-IX should be made to the Principal of the school. Pupils applying for admission are as a rule, subjected to a competitive entrance test. They will be tested for the standard below the one to which they seek admission.

Admission is not automatic for siblings and wards of Ex-students, Admission is purely on merit basis.

A new pupil joining from any recognized school cannot be admitted unless and until the leaving certificate is produced and moreover countersigned by the Inspector of the State in which the school is situated, if the State be other than Uttar Pradesh.

A new student joining from any unrecognized school has to produce an affidavit by the parent or guardian before the magistrate. The affidavit should clearly state:

  • The reason, why the pupil did not join any recognized school.
  • The name of the unrecognized school.
  • The standard and the subjects studied by her.
  • The examination if any passed.

The leaving certificate of the unrecognized school, as formal Birth Certificate should also be produced. The parent or guardian should produce an official Birth Certificate e.g. the Municipal or Baptismal certificate in support of the date entered in the admission form at the time of Admission.

New pupils will be charged fees from the beginning of the academic year.



A month's notice in writing is required before a pupil is withdrawn. In lieu of such notice a full month's fee will be charged plus the vacation month's fee where applicable. No notice is accepted during the school vacation.

If the student is to join a school outside of U.P. the countersignature of the inspector of the School’s is necessary.

  • No transfer Certificate is issued until all dues are paid to the School.
  • If a student is absent without leave for a minimum of 15 school days, her name will be struck off the rolls, and fees will be charged for the month in which the student's name is struck off the rolls including any intervening vacation period. This rule is also applicable to students who repeat a class. Parents must withdraw her within 3 days of the result being declared.

  • Registration form and Result for L.K.G will be online.
  • The management of the school reserves all rights of admitting any child to the school. They are not bound to give reasons for Admission or rejection of any particular child.
  • There is an enormous rush for seats in our school, so please understand that we just cannot satisfy everybody.
  • Admission is not automatic for siblings and wards of Ex-students, Admission is purely on merit basis.
  • The decision of the Management is final in all matters concerning admission.
  • No correspondence will be entertained regarding admission.
  • Donations are never accepted in connection with admissions, Parents should be aware of third parties making false claims or collecting sums on the pretence of doing so on behalf of the school.
  • Recommendations will not be accepted. A recommendation may only ensure that your child is not admitted.
  • The child must complete 4 years.
