FEE REGULATIONS

Please follow strictly the Fee Schedule in the fee book given to each student.
The fees have to be paid by the 15th of the due month else a late fee fine will be charged as given in the fee book.
Bank counter at Syndicate Bank, Shazadi Mandi, Agra Cantt. in which the fees are to be deposited will be open from 1st to the 15th of every month.
To promote cashless transactions and for the convenience of parents, the school has decided to start the online payment facility by which parents can pay online the school fees of their wards.
Syndicate Bank will not accept any fees from the parents after 15th of each month.
No deduction will be made for a broken period of school attendance. Children whose fees fall into arrears for more than a month are liable to be debarred from attending school, till fees are fully paid. Neither will Report Card nor Transfer Certificate be issued, till all dues are fully settled.
When depositing fees, please make sure that the three parts of the pay-in-slip are correctly entered with the Bill No., Pupil's Name, Class and Section (in Block Letters), and the correct amount as given in the schedule of fees.
For any clarification, regarding fees, you may contact the Accounts Office between 10am to 11am on any working day.
Please check the fee book from time to time and pay the fees regularly to avoid the late fee fine before the due date or else the late fee will be levied.
You may pay the fees of the whole year at the beginning of the Academic year.
Parents are requested to check their fee book before any terminal examination begins whether fee has been paid or not, if not kindly pay the dues.
