  • Promotions are decided on the result of the test/examination conducted during the academic year and not just on the final examinations.
  • Pupils are required to appear for all Tests / Examinations as scheduled.
  • Test/ Examination are not conducted for absentees.
  • In case of absence due to illness, a Doctor's certificate will be required before the commencement of the Test.
  • For promotion 45% (for primary) & 40% (for secondary) marks are required in every subject.
  • 75% attendance is must for promotions and to be allowed to sit for I.S.C. and I.C.S.E. examinations.
  • Pupils who fail twice in the same class will be asked to leave the school.
  • Pupils who fail even once, may at the discretion of the Principal, be asked to leave the school.
  • Promotion refused will not be reconsidered.
  • Any pupil who is found using dishonest means during an examination and any tampering with reports of the examination (forging signature and changing marks), will result in the parents being compelled to withdraw the child from the school.
